In a quiet residential area, there are three houses, connected to each other in the quarter, which are grouped around a central square. The houses are embedded in a beautiful, spacious, barrier-free garden. In the building at Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße 41, which is equipped with an elevator, there are senior private apartments for assisted living and office space for your contact persons as well as all of our 5 holiday apartments.
All apartments are barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for people in need of care and their relatives. If necessary, our outpatient care service and help can be arranged for you by our own neighborhood help. Please contact us directly for this.
In the immediate vicinity there is also a children's playground for younger travelers, which invites them to run around.
The apartments are around 700 meters from the city center and the St. Georgen train station is around 1.8 kilometers away. St. Georgen in the Black Forest is a small mountain town with around 13,000 inhabitants. In the nearby city center there are various shops as well as restaurants, cafés, museums and its own theater. The tourist information is also located in the city center, where you can find extensive information about the various regional and national leisure activities. St. Georgen is well connected to the long-distance transport network and therefore offers the opportunity to visit larger cities such as Villingen-Schwenningen, Konstanz, Karlsruhe, Basel (Switzerland), Freiburg im Breisgau, Ulm and Baden-Baden.
With the "Konus guest card" you can use public transport in the holiday region free of charge.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Check-in times are from 3 p.m.
The keys are handed over via a key safe. Therefore, guests can plan their arrival after 3 p.m. individually according to their own wishes.

Check-out by 10 a.m. A contactless return of the keys can be done on the day of departure by leaving the apartment keys in the apartment.


St. Georgen has its own train station and is therefore well connected to the German railway network.
The A 81 motorway can be reached in about 30 minutes. The A5 approx. 1 hour away.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitor´s tax. Should a visitor´s tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
The payment of the tourist tax is due with the total invoice of the travel price and is shown on the invoice.
